Selling Policies.

All our products are of excellent quality, the colors and textures displayed may vary. The customer has the possibility of changing their garments as long as they comply with what is established in the exchange and return policies section.
The colors and textures of the garments shown may vary depending on the characteristics of the equipment (computer or device) from which you access the website.
All "REDO" products present variations in prints due to the nature of their construction. By making the purchase, the customer accepts that each piece is unique and unrepeatable but consistent in quality, so exchanges for other pieces are not permitted.
Purchases made by the client will only be considered valid once they have been processed by our computer system and after payment by the client.
In the showroom, attention is by appointment and confirmation by the firm.

Purchasing Policies.

-Customers must make their payment choosing the most convenient way and can pick up or have the product sent to them until they confirm its accreditation in our system.
-We have Bank Transfer, Deposit and cash payment at the point of sale. In any case, your data is always confidential and secure.

Exchange and return policies.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase and has not used or modified the garment, we can offer them an exchange for other merchandise of a different size, of the same class and brand. To make any change, the customer may present the item in its original packaging, keeping its label and the garment in good condition. On samples or samples, all sales are final.
- Returns of damaged, mistreated, discontinued products, samples and products that have been requested for a special order will not be accepted.
-Products are subject to change only by size, including samples, and must have all original versions.
-If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, otherwise your exchange will not be accepted after that time.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, shipping costs for garments to be exchanged and the changed pleat are the responsibility of the buyer.
-If the exchange is for another different product of the same class and brand but with a higher price, the customer will have to pay the difference at that time. If the item is of a lower price, no money will be returned in any case.
-In tailoring, samples, custom dresses and specially made garments, no  exchange or return is accepted.
-All garments that are subject to adjustments must be presented a maximum of 24 hours later for adjustments to be made, and all adjustments will be considered at the discretion of the firm.
-In no case will "NO NAME" make refunds of money.

Shipping policies.

-Special garments or those that are not in stock have a manufacturing period of 15 and 28 business days.
-During and from 2021, due to the health of the staff, the manufacturing of the pieces may take up to two more weeks depending on the staggered rotation of the garment makers. And depending on the demand for the requested product.
-Shipping is made once a week, so you can receive your garment between 1 and 5 business days after it is made and you have received your tracking number.
-All shipments are handled by a parcel service external to "NO NAME" and are the sole responsibility of said company, once received by the aforementioned service.
-During a pandemic, shipments may present delays, the logistics responsibility of the companies.
parcel carriers and "NO NAME" will not be responsible for such delays. By making the purchase, the customer releases "NO NAME" from all responsibility for any damages arising from these delays.
